The prices felt fair overall. I don’t totally remember if I checked them before or after everything was done, but either way there weren’t any big surprises, which I appreciated.

I tried using vspconsignment.com to get an appraisal, the number they came back with felt really low compared to what I was expecting and what I had seen elsewhere. It didn’t really seem like my item was looked at that closely. What made it more frustrating was that I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next after getting the appraisal, there wasn’t much clear direction or explanation. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but my experience was disappointing and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I ordered from VSP Consignment and the item itself was totally fine, but for some reason the shipping took way longer than I expected. I also didn’t really get many updates, so I kept having to check on it myself. It just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. I’ll be honest, the main thing I was nervous about was how long it would take to get paid. I’ve dealt with places before where you end up having to follow up a bunch, so I was kind of expecting that. But with vspconsignment.com, the payout came exactly when they said it would. No chasing anyone down, no random delays, nothing weird. The whole process was simple, and after this experience, I’d definitely use them again.

The return itself was easy, but the refund took longer than I expected. I did get my money back in the end, so no major issue, but compared to some other stores I’ve used, the process definitely felt slower.

The photos in the listing made the bag look a lot cleaner than it really was. When it showed up, I noticed a few marks that definitely didn’t stand out online. It’s not totally awful or anything, but yeah, kinda felt like the pics were doing it a little too much

I ordered a bag from VSP Consignment that was listed as being in very good condition. Shipping was quick, which I appreciated, but once I got it in hand, I noticed more scuffing on the corners than I felt the photos really showed.
I still like the bag and I’ll use it, but reading between the lines, I probably should’ve expected some wear that wasn’t super obvious in the listing. It’s not a bad purchase, just not quite as clean as I thought it would be

The communication was frustrating. I felt like I had to keep asking for basic details because nothing was explained clearly the first time. Then I’d get one message saying something, and an email saying another thing, which just made it even more confusing. It wasn’t a great experience.

No dents, no weird damage, and everything inside was wrapped up neatly. I could tell quick they actually took care with it. Definitely better than I expected.

The biggest issue for me was the trust factor. I’m not saying it’s a scam or anything like that, but I didn’t get that solid, safe feeling you want when using a site like this. A few interactions also kind of made me feel talked down to, which didn’t help my confidence at all.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was just okay. I’d probably recommend asking plenty of questions first and being careful before moving forward...
